At Thistle and Spire, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate items must be returned with the protective adhesive strip intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unworn items with all original lace detailing, hardware, and tags preserved in the original branded packaging.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, our team will inspect the garment's condition and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
